Now available to purchase via Legend Photography are some fabulous portraits of the Fourth Doctor, Tom Baker. Approximately 18 inches by 12 inches, the set of images would make the perfect gift for a friend or relative, or a prized possession of your very own! Photographer Oliver McNeil had set about to capture the many aspects of the man, the legend. He said: "We shot the portraits of Tom over two days, firstly at my studio and a week later in the historic town of Rye. After reading up on Tom's website, I discovered his love of France, and this led me to buy a bottle of red wine and serve it to Tom in a large crystal goblet. Even though it was 9am this seemed to relax Tom into the role of raconteur; I was then treated to some of his wonderful stories as we shot the session."
The special thing about these prints is that they are of the highest quality, and individually signed by Mr Baker himself; on request he will even personalise each piece of work. The company will ship worldwide, although framed prints are only available to UK customers - other countries will just receive the prints.
So what are the costs? For the portraits themselves, $315.00 each for US and Australia, £200.00 for UK (framed portraits will cost an additional £80.00 - £280.00 in total), and €235,00 for Europe.
Expensive? Well costly yes, but indeed a fine collection!
